Vacuum feeding to a 25kg Auger filling machine with online weigher, heat sealing and sewing

Horizontal Ribbon mixer consist of U-shape tank, spiral and drive parts. Dustless Discharge Station consists of chute with blade, discharge bin, feeding platform, dust removal system, vibrating separator and other components.

Material flows from the mixer to a storage hopper, then vacuum-fed into a 25kg weigh-auger filler (25kg bottom-fill weigh-auger packer). The line features an integrated dust collection system.
