Scope of application
MFM-S single shaft paddle mixer is suitable for mixing powder and powder, particles and particles, particles and powder. It is widely used in food, chemical industry, feed and other industries.
Performance characteristics
■Good mixing uniformity and high production efficiency
Single layer paddle rotor structure enables efficient mixing of materials. Generally, the CV value of mixing uniformity variation coefficient of materials within 90s-180s is ≤ 5%, which improves production efficiency.
■Low residue rate
The mixing chamber is pear shaped, and its residue rate is lower than other forms of mixing chamber, such as W-shaped and U-shaped mixing chamber;
The length of the discharge port of the mixer is the same as that of the mixing chamber, and the opening width is optimized to make the discharge clean and reduce the residue rate;
The mixing bin is fully welded and polished without any screws, nuts and other fasteners, so as to reduce the residue rate and facilitate cleaning.
■The assembled and welded casing improves the rigidity of the whole machine
The assembly welding body structure is adopted, which significantly improves the sealing performance and improves the rigidity of the whole machine;
Both sides of the discharge door are equipped with door opening and closing driving devices, the end of the door is equipped with fastening driving devices, and the rigidity of the door body is strengthened, which improves the supporting rigidity and working stability of the discharge door and ensures that there is no material leakage when the discharge door is closed.
■The new shaft end sealing structure has good sealing effect
The shaft end seal adopts a special gas seal. There is no friction between the rotating shaft and the sealing ring to ensure no leakage and no pollution of the mixture. The sealing ring does not need to be replaced for many years.
■Man machine safety, convenient cleaning and maintenance
There is a safety interlock switch outside the cleaning door, which has high safety and ensures the safety of the operator.
