MFA-W2 High speed Automatic filling machine(2 lines main & assist filling)
This series machine is a new-designed that we make it on placing the old Turnplate Feeding on one side. Dual auger filling within double lines main-assist fillers and the originated Feeding system can keep the high-precision and take off the tiring cleaning of the turntable. It can do the accurate weighing & filling work, and also could combined with other machines to buildup a whole can-packing production line.This machine could be used in filling milk powder, albumen powder condiment, dextrose, rice flour, cocoa powder, solid drink, and so on.

Main features
- Main & assist double head filling system, according to the pre-set weight for fast filling and assist filling, fast filling and assist filling in their own independent station to ensure high packing accuracy and high packing speed.
- Servo motor of the main filler does up-down work driving with tray and clamper, the up-down rate can be set randomly, no dust spouts out when filling.
- The conveyor belt of assist filler is installed on the load cell. According to the actual weighing of the main filling weight and the target weight,supplement the missing weight.
- With servo motor and servo drive controlled auger, perform stably, and with high accuracy.
- PLC control, touch screen display, easy to operate.
- Made of stainless steel, split hopper, easily to be cleaned.
- With handwheel to adjust the height, easy to fill many kinds of weight.
- With fixed screw installation, the material quality won't be effected.
- Process: put bag/can(container) on the machine→container raise→fast flling, container declines→fast filling is completed, the conveyor belt starts→the conveyor belt stops, weighing→assist flling→weight reaches the goal number→take the container away manually
