Main features

• Dustless feedina station is composed of feeding platform, unloading bin, dust removal system, vibration screen and other components. It is suitable for unpacking, putting in，screening and unloading small bags of materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and battery industries.
• The cover of the feeding bin is provided with a sealing strip, which can be disassembled and cleaned. The design of the sealing strip is embedded and the material is pharmaceutical grade.
• Fast connector is designed at the outlet offeeding station, and the connecting part with pipeline is portable and fexible for easy removal.
• The control cabinet and control button are well sealed to prevent dust, water and moisture from entering them.
• With discharge outlet, the unqualified products after sieving are discharged, and the discharge outlet is matched with cloth bags to receive waste materials.
• A feeding grille is designed at the feeding port to facilitate the manual smashing of partially caked materials.
• The equipment is easy to disassemble, no dead angle, easy to clean, and meets GMP requirementS.
