Main features

The automatic bag-cutting and dust-free tipping station consists of chute with blade, discharge bin, feeding platform, dust removal system, vibrating separator and other components. It is suitable for automatic bag cutting, discharging, dust eliminating and separating of 25kg bags in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. The machine is equipped with stainless steel sintering net filter and a dust elimination fan, which can avoid dust flying. During unloading, it is only necessary to shake up the tailings in the bag manually and remove the empty bag. With a vibration separator, it can intercept large materials and foreign matters, so as to ensure that the qualified powder is discharged.
