• Reduce mixing time
  Two counter-rotating mixing shafts are equipped. The blades on the mixing shaft make the mixer form a mechanical fluidized bed during the mixing process. This design can achieve extremely high radial and axial transmission rates, thus achieving the highest mixing uniformity.
  It can effectively shorten the mixing time, and can gently handle sensitive products, with a mild process.Up to 6 mixing cycles can be achieved per hour.
• Easy to clean and sanitary design
  Extractable cantilever drive design, the entire drive device, including the mixing rotor, can be automatically removed from the cylinder with one key, convenient for cleaning and inspection. 
• Low residue rate
  The discharge port of the mixer is a rectangular large opening, which makes the discharge fast and clean and reduces the residual rate;
  The mixing silo is fully welded and polished, without any screws, nuts and other fasteners reducing the residual rate and facilitating cleaning.

  Sealed operation, stable operation, no dust leakage at the outlet during mixing.
  The shaft end seal adopts a special gas seal. The shaft and the seal ring have no friction to ensure no leakage and no pollution of the mixture. The seal ring does not need to be replaced for many years.
