Main features

• Servo-drive end seal jaws
  End seal jaw driven by a servo-motor (intermittent motion), allowing the complete control of the sealing pressure, opening length distance and jaw mechanical position.
• Servo-drive film pulling
  Rubber rollers make the first film pulling to beat the inertia and weight of the film roll, therefore the work of the rubber pulling belts is extremely soft, ensuring a longer life and greater stability in the operation.
• PLC control system
  Program storage and retrieval function.
  All operational parameters such as draw-down length, sealing time and speed are programmable.
• 7' touch-Screen with simple menu-based interface.
  Visualization of the main machine operations process: sealing temperature, production speed, opening of the traction belts, alarms, bags counting and the selection of the main functions like manual operation, test mode, settings of the time and parameters.
• Unwind bracket
  Unwind bracket is independently mounted from the main frame with photo sensors for an automatic alignment of the film to ensure a correct vertical sealing, reducing the waste of material and reprocessing for vertical seal open.
• Bag former
  Simple and fast bag size changeover with one-piece forming sets.
• Photo sensor for film auto tracking
  Length registered by photo sensor or Encoder makes each pull as length set up in accuraCy.
• Data printer
  Data printer hot stamp is automatically set.
• Alarm and Safety guard
  Stop machine in any door opened. Machine stop by end of film detection or door open or product caught etc.
• Easy to use
  Synchronisation for most weighing and dosing systems. Easy and quick replacement of wear & tear parts
